This decribes the type of application a person has submitted, e.g, Short-Term, Long-Term, or 2 years.

pt_app_type_name_c varchar (32) NOT NULL	Name of the application type, e.g. Short-Term, Long-Term.

pt_app_type_descr_c varchar (80)	Describes the application type.
pt_unassignable_flag_l boolean default: '0'	Can this application type be assigned?
pt_unassignable_date_d date	This is the date the record was last updated.
pt_app_form_type_c varchar (32)	This field lists the different forms that are used for the various application types.
pt_deletable_flag_l boolean default: '1'	Indicates if a record can be deleted.
s_date_created_d date default: CURRENT_DATE	The date the record was created.
s_created_by_c varchar (20)	User ID of who created this record.	s_user
s_date_modified_d date	The date the record was modified.
s_modified_by_c varchar (20)	User ID of who last modified this record.	s_user
s_modification_id_t timestamp default: CURRENT_TIMESTAMP	This identifies the current version of the record.
